Effective Date: August 2, 2026
Hayim Yomi is a daily Torah-learning application operated by Noah Gross.
Hayim Yomi does not require users to create an account and does not directly collect names, email addresses, payment information, precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers.
Learning-program preferences and completion history are stored locally on the user's device.
Hayim Yomi may retrieve Torah-learning schedules and text from third-party services, including Hebcal and Sefaria. When the app connects to these services, those services may receive standard technical information associated with an internet request, such as an IP address, device information, or request details, according to their own privacy policies.
Hayim Yomi does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
The “Request a Learning Program” feature opens the user’s email application and creates a message addressed to noah@noahgross.com. The user chooses whether to send the email. Any information included in that email is used only to respond to the request or provide support.
Information stored locally in the app can be removed by deleting the app or clearing its stored data.
Users who send an email may request deletion of that correspondence by contacting noah@noahgross.com.
Hayim Yomi does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This privacy policy may be updated as the app changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
